If you have an idea for a small project or item that would improve patient or staff experience, and costs less than £100, please fill in this form giving details of the item/s you would like to purchase (with links if possible) and an explanation of why the item/s would benefit patients or staff.

Please note applications for funding to attend conferences will not be considered.
